1. Data Storage & Responsibility
Important: Local Audio Storage
Trust AI stores audio recordings locally on your device. We do not keep backups of your audio files on our servers. You are solely responsible for:
- Backing up your device regularly.
- Exporting important recordings to other locations.
- Any data loss resulting from device loss, damage, or app uninstallation.
2. License & Usage
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use the App for any illegal purpose, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
- Content Ownership: You retain all rights to the audio and text content you create. We claim no ownership over your notes.
3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate transcripts and summaries. You acknowledge that AI is not perfect and may produce errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies.Trust AI is not liable for any actions taken based on incorrect information provided by the Service. Always verify critical information.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data (including audio recordings), use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
